We will use our best endeavours to secure delivery but shall be under no liability for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Goods should arrive within 5 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery costs are payable by you, the customer. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. If you wish to purchase more than 10 items please contact us for quote for delivery shopsales@steel-sci.com

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders must reach us before 1200hrs, any orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day. Delivery time for express orders in the UK is one to two working days, in Europe two to three working days, and Rest of the World 5-8 working days depending on country. The time of delivery cannot be guaranteed but is generally by midday.

DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

Subject to SCI terms and conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the billing address for your credit/debit card. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 5 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation for UK orders and 10 working days for overseas orders. If we are unable to deliver your Products to you within 10 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel your Order.

Except to the extent that your Products comprise Electronic documents, Multimedia files or Software, title to and risk in your Products will pass to you on delivery.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from us, you may return the Product to us in a saleable condition and obtain a refund of the price of the Product returned if you contact us within 30 Days of delivery of the Product to you. However, you may not return a Product to us and claim a refund if the Product concerned is Software which we supplied to you sealed and unused and you have broken the seal or where the Product is the supply of, or access to, Digital Products and the performance has begun with Customer’s prior express consent.

In order to exercise your option to return a Product you are not satisfied with, you must telephone us on +44 (0)1344 636505 between 09:00 and 17:00 Mondays to Fridays or email shopsales@steel-sci.com to make arrangements for return of the Product to the Steel Construction Institute. We will send you Return Authorisation Documentation.

Please note that we will refund postage at the least expensive delivery method.
